How Booking Works
Private events are simple: you reach out, we learn what you want, and we build the session around your group. We’ll help you pick the right field(s), game styles, and pacing.

- Step 3: You show up — we run safety, gear checks, and the full session

The Prison – Big Field, Big Teamwork
The Prison is our large flagship field. Multiple structures, trenches, barricades, and lots of routes — it’s built for coordination and big objective missions. Perfect for team-building and “real mission” energy.

The Market – CQB, Fast Action, Tight Angles
The Market is our smaller close-quarters (CQB) field — fast rounds, tight angles, and nonstop action. Great for groups that want quick missions and lots of “kick the door” moments.

- Capacity: up to 50 players at a time

What’s the minimum group size for a private event?
Private events can be booked with as little as 10 players. If you’re close to that number, still reach out — we’ll help you figure out the best option.
Are private events during normal public hours?
No — private events are scheduled outside of our normal open hours. That’s how we keep it fully private for your group.
Can first-timers do a private event?
Absolutely. Private events are one of the best ways to introduce new players because the pace and missions can be tailored. We do a full safety briefing and keep games structured with refs on the field.
Do we need to bring our own airsoft gear?
You can bring your own gear, or we can set you up with rental equipment. Just tell us how many rentals you need when you email sales@foxairsoft.com.
What should we wear?
Long sleeves, long pants, and closed-toe shoes are best. Dress for the weather and bring water. Gloves are a nice bonus if you have them.
Can you customize the games for our group?
Yes. We can run everything from beginner-friendly missions to more competitive objective play. If you have a theme (team-building, bachelor party, youth group, etc.), we’ll tailor the session to match.
How far in advance should we reach out?
Earlier is better — especially for weekends. If you have a specific date in mind, email us and we’ll check availability.
Is this the same thing as a birthday party package?
No — birthday parties are typically during public hours with reserved seating. A private event is a separate booking where the session is scheduled outside normal hours for your group only.
