- Operates within all legal requirements and company policies
- Follows all inventory management processes
- Maintains proficiency by completing all company-required training programs
- Utilizes the Safety Management System to report all safety incidents

Objective: Maintains relationships and oversees the customer experience
Focus:
- Creates a single voice to maintain relationships and oversee the customer experience.
- Fully understands the sales process and ensures their team masters the process.
- Fully understands the retail operations and ensures their team masters the process.
- Oversees all customer communications to ensure we have a single voice and are following all branding requirements.
- Oversees training, qualification, and performance reviews for Fox Airsoft Representatives working on their team.
- Fully understands the roles and capabilities of their team: Fox Airsoft Representatives.
- Understands the Fox Airsoft Purpose, Mission Statement, and Vision
- Holds unwaveringly to Fox Airsoft Core values: Integrity, Humility, and Tenacity.
- Ambassador of Fox Airsoft with every customer touchpoint.

Direct Report: Flagship Store Manager / Satellite Manager
Objective: Delivers high quality tech work on airsoft guns
Focus:
- Masters gun repair operations
- Masters retail operations
- Works closely with sales and fulfillment teams to diagnose issues with items needing RMA, gives feedback on recurring issues within a product line
- Oversees training, qualification, and performance reviews for Fox Airsoft Representatives working on their team.
- Fully understands the roles and capabilities of their team: Fox Airsoft Representatives.
- Understands the Fox Airsoft Purpose, Mission Statement, and Vision
- Holds unwaveringly to Fox Airsoft Core values: Integrity, Humility, and Tenacity.
- Ambassador of Fox Airsoft with every customer touchpoint.
